Yes, another Monday. It's time to share my reading notes; a list of all the articles, blog posts, and books that catch my interest during the week and that I found interesting. It's a mix of the actuality and what I consumed.

• Blog: Top 5 Things an Azure Developer Needs to Know: Kubernetes Applications ( Sophia Parafina) - Nice post that layer after layer adds configuration and tools to have a better experience with our containers.

• Git Credentials Binding for sh, bat, powershell (Harshit Chopra) - Learn the option while using Jenkins and Git, in this short post.

• Introducing DevOps-friendly EF Core Migration Bundles (Jeremy Likness) - I remember my days coding with EF, it was really good. Today it looks just amazing, maybe I need a project idea that would require EF.

Miscellaneous

• Governance Audit for Logic Apps and Tracking Manager (Subiksha Gopal) - Nice new feature of BizTalk360.

Books

• The Messy Middle: Finding Your Way Through the Hardest and Most Crucial Part of Any Bold Venture (by Scott Belsky) - Interesting book about management/ entrepreneurship. A fresh new spin or examples on things you may already know, but that new angle makes it good.

• 
  Managing Jenkins Artifacts with the Azure Artifact Manager Plugin (Jie Shen) - This post explains very clearly how to leverage those two great tools together.

  Remote Edit Files on Azure Linux VMs using VS Code (Thomas Maurer) - An awesome tutorial that teaches us a nice way to edit files remotely.
• 
  Remote SSH access with Visual Studio Code (Sana Ajani) - It's sooooo easy and powerfull! Take two minutes and try it!

  VS Code Profile Switcher Extensions Support (Aaron Powell) - Wonderful! Thanks Aaron, you just create the extension group has been asking for so long!

  ASP.NET Core and Blazor updates in .NET Core 3.0 Preview 7 (Daniel Roth) - Nice update, it's amazing to see how fast this project evolves.
• 
  Installing PowerShell with one line as a .NET Core global tool (Scott Hanselman) - On every platform or even from inside a container...Pretty cool.

• Top Developer Collaboration Tools (Roman Zhidkov) - Wow, a pretty cool list with tons of suggestions for all kind of needs.

• Setting up Jenkins X on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) (Chee Chan) - A very simple tutorial that explains how to install and get started with JenkinsX with Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS)

Programming

• Using npm's ls command for Fun and Insight (Tierney Cyren) - A useful discovery about a node.js command and how to use it in our different environments.
• Intro to web programming in Rust for NodeJS developers (Bastian Gruber) - Jump aboard this new promising series to learn Rust...

Miscellaneous

• How do You Structure Your Code When Moving Your API from Express to Serverless Functions? (John Papa) - When structured the code is always better. A nice post that explains just that with serverless.

• Logic Apps: How to add several actions inside a Logic App condition branch (Sandro Pereira) - Nice little trick with Azure Logic App.
  
• Announcing general availability of Azure DevTest Labs (Xiaoying Guo) - Wow that's great, if you still not have tried it, the dev test is really good for any temporary environment, or that have a short live.
  
• Azure Marketplace: WordPress - Yep! Another great application that is available in the Azure Marketplace.
  
• Easily bring your SQL Server licenses to Azure VMs (Khalid Mouss) - Great news that announces a much simpler way to see licensing.
  
• Check out Azure Test Drives in preview (Bryon Surace) - If you wanna test an application on Azure without subscription or anything... Look at test drives.
  
• Diagnose and resolve issues with Azure Troubleshooting (Ritesh Garodia) - Nice post that helps us to know the troubleshooting tools available in the Azure portal.

• GitHub Pages now runs Jekyll 3.1 - Good news, Jekyll is a really nice generator what works with Marrkdown.
  
• Developer Tools Benchmarking 2016 survey (Cliff Simpkins) - Still a chance to win.
  
• Continuous deployment/delivery with Jenkins and VS Team Services (Anand Gaurav) - Jenkins doesn't need more introduction. This tutorial explains how to get setup in VSTS step by step.

Miscellaneous

• OneDrive and OneDrive for Business now MERGED into ONE CLIENT (Nazmus Khandaker) - Good news less app running in background and better user experience.

• How to turn cloud economics to your advantage (James Staten) - Nice post that asked important questions. Did you ask to yourself these?
  
• Announcing collaboration with the Jenkins project (Corey Sanders) - Great news about Jenkins. Now with the Microsoft's teams involved, we can expect only the best.
  
• Detecting threats with Azure Security Center (Tomer Teller) - Interesting post that explains fundamental difference between servers and individual attack and introduces briefly Azure security center.
  
• Troubleshooting Azure Stream Analytics jobs with SELECT INTO (Ken Wang - MSFT) - Fantastic debug session that explains how, with streamanalitics we can debug a query.
  
• HowTo: Purge an Azure CDN endpoint using Azure PowerShell v1.x (Stéphane Lapointe) - Useful piece of script that will save us time.

Programming

• Upgrading from ASPNET Core RC1 to RC2 Guide (Steve Smith) - Nice tutorial that covers all pieces of the puzzle.

Miscellaneous

• Going dark: online privacy and anonymity for normal people - Wow... And we thought using a strong password was safe enough. Great text.
