• Scott Hanselman's 2021 Ultimate Developer and Power Users Tool List for Windows (Scott Hanselman) - I'm a long-time big fan of that list. On many occasions, I discover tools that since then, are now always on my devices.

• Using Azure Slots and GitHub for Personal Projects (Shawn Wildermuth) - A nice post that explains how to use the Azure deployment slots. It is really easy and useful.

• Automating Azure Site Recovery VMs with ARM and some magic (Dominique St-Amand) - The perfect place to get started with site and disaster recovery. This post is the best I read for a long time on this topic, great job.

• Azure Communication Services – Building an experimental messaging solution (Abhijit Jana) - Cool demo. It's the first time I read about communication services.

• Design patterns in C# - The Proxy Pattern (Carmel Eve) - I really like those little posts about code patterns. There is everything to learn in a consumable bit size.

• How To Install An ASP.NET Core In .NET 5 App On Ubuntu 20.04 (David Grace) - There it is. Simple and it works.

• Should I use self-contained or framework-dependent publishing in Docker images? (Andrew Lock) - Interesting question and answer.

• Using multiple APIs in Blazor with Azure AD authentication (Damien Bod) - Nice post with all the code you need to get started.

• Best 5 Tools for Node.js Monitoring (Olivia Diaz) - As a new Node.js developer I am pretty pleased to see all these tools. All bookmarked.

• How to MongoDB in C# - Part 1 (Rami Honig) - A really great tutorial with tons of code and examples to learn how to use MongoDB.

- I really liked this book. In fact, As I was reading the first chapter I was "earing" Adam's voice. So instead of creating that voice in my head I bought the audiobook and let Adam himself tells me his story. This is the best book I listen to this year. It was inspiring and empowering.

• Spectre.Console lets you make beautiful console apps with .NET Core (Scott Hanselman) - Looks totally cool and could definitely be useful for some API I have... Could I just add params for pretty results?? Hmmm.

• Understanding the difference between null and undefined in Azure Cosmos DB | Azure Cosmos DB Blog (Tim Sander) - Super interesting post that shares a nice tip about how to work with null and undefined values in your NoSQL queries.

• Preventing Developer Burnout in the Age of Rapid Software Delivery (James Brotsos) - This post is definitely interesting as it talks about a real health problem. at the same time there that mix with DevOps and security thing... Could be just me, interesting nevertheless.

• 496: How to Generate Quick Wins, with Andy Kaufman (Coaching for Leaders) - Great conversation about how Agile should be view, and a few tips about how you could start this turn in your entourage.

• #65: James Montemagno - From Printer Software to Xamarin (The Solo Coder Podcast) - Great Interview of James. I learn a lot about in this episode. Nice show.

A good book filled with good stories. I personally like it when they deconstruct like this winner journey or factor that makes those ideas, plans, actions different. The idea of a talk trigger is good and it was nice that the creation, lifetime, and death of a talk trigger was also cover in the book.

• How to Create a Social Media Plan Template with Andrea Jones (Influencer Entrepreneurs with Jenny Melrose) - They say planning is everything, so I was happy to listen to this episode and learn more it and see if it was different depending on the platform.

• Cycling Through Changes with Laura King (Wild Ideas Worth Living) - I'm a man and my "baby" is an adult now. Yet, I found that episode very interesting. Even though a lot of friends shared with me a few "challenges" that pregnancy brings... And didn't think about the training ones...

• 211: Failure To Launch (Merge Conflict) - Interesting conversation about when it's time to stop adding features and deploy. Finding a comfortable point could be difficult sometime.

• 482: How to Sell Your Vision, with Michael Hyatt (Coaching for Leaders) - nice episode that shares a few points to guide us when it's time to build/ present our vision.

• #167 – The Most Sensible Debate on Hustle Culture and Work-Life Balance with Natalie Nagele and DHH (The Indie Hackers Podcast) - A very interesting discussion about the "entrepreneur" mentality. Are there too many differences between the guess (cultural)? It's definitely good to ear all their points... But be aware that's mostly a two-hour long episode.

• The Open Source Ecosystem, .NET Foundation, and Microsoft with Sebastien Lambla (.NET Rocks!) - A fantastic episode. A hot topic very strong opinion but done in with class!

• Managing remotely with Asana Engineering Manager Kate Reading (Hanselminutes with Scott Hanselman) - Interesting conversation. It's not a not topic, but they're a lot of unprepared managers that were forced into this situation.

Miscellaneous

• New Windows Virtual Desktop capabilities now generally available | Azure blog and updates | Microsoft Azure (Kam VedBrat) - Wow, that very nice news.

• Simplified YouTube live streaming with Azure and OBS Studio. ( Ihor Leontiev) - With more and more people doing conferences or streaming online this alternative could simplify a lot of technical issues.

• Using Key Vault and Managed Identities with Azure Functions (Damien Bod) - A very resourceful and tutorial post. The perfect place to get started.

• Stop Pushing Down Your Emotions (Developer Tea) - I think a lot of people are doing that, me included. Very interesting podcast about a real situation.

• How the OBS Project changed video forever with lead Hugh Bailey (Hanselminutes with Scott Hanselman) - I was trilled to listen to this podcast. I'm a regular user of OBS and it was wonderful to learn more about this project. I will definitely be lurking on the GitHub side...

• 480: Get Noticed Without Selling Out, with Laura Huang (Coaching for Leaders) - Interesting discussion. I never realize how “Be yourself” wasn't really useful...

• Episode 219: Remote crickets and Manager Careering (Soft Skills Engineering) - A really nice episode. Great topics answering diverse questions. One that kept my attention was about the magic manager and the time management...

• How to Improve Time Management with Angela Proffitt (Influencer Entrepreneurs with Jenny Melrose) - A few great tips to improve our efficiency at managing time. It's always good to have new ideas and ear how others are doing.

• #49: Erin Doyle - Beautiful Code and Accessibility (The Solo Coder Podcast) - A beautiful, very inspiring episode about how to make the world a better place for all.

• Azure DevOps Roadmap update for 2020 Q3 | Azure DevOps Blog (Sidi) - That looks pretty neat

• 476: How to Pivot Quickly, with Steve Blank (Coaching for Leaders) - With 2020, comes a new erra of businesses... True or dare?!
• All Things Azure with Dwayne Monroe (Screaming in the Cloud) - People asked me those questions very often: Why Azure? How did you start? Dwayne's answer is excellent... Great podcast honest and true.
